For Months I've had problems with my landline. TalkTalk eventually sent out an engineer, who confirmed the problem wasn't my end. The then sent an OpenReach engineer who confirmed that, and did some work at the exchange.
Next TALK TALK TRY TO CHARGE ME £75 FOR THE ENGINEER!
It's a pity I can't give them no stars!
