They charged me £75 for the engineer visit and he was not able to resolve my internet issue. After his visit my internet was still not working.
after disbute they only refunded me £50.
i will never recommend this broadband service because they charge you when they are not able to provide any solution or resolve your internet issue.
Very disappointed with there services and will definately not renew my contract with them.
