At the beginning of May our Broadband service with Talktalk stopped working - since then we have had 4 to 5 visits by openreach engineers and two and a half months later we are still without a service they are continuing to charge us for. The service is absolutely appalling. Due to their lack of ability to provide a service I cancelled. Only to be told they will hold us to contract l, no one in their company will escalate or understand our problem. To be massively avoided.
