bsolutely shocking company & customer service! internet connection is absolute terrible, i am now on day 10 without internet and apparently wont have an engineer out for another 2 days.. i had a time slot booked to speak to the complaint team which they didn't actually bother to attend.
want £196 to cancel a contract for services they cant provide, would absolutely avoid at all cost their customer service is an absolute joke !!
no urgency or care to fix anything or help
