Awful company to deal with. My 85 year mother was converted to digital ( she had no idea what it was) , left without a landline for 3 weeks and despite hours on the phone , chat bot etc nothing ever seemed to happen. She was promised a £30 voucher for th inconvenience but despite chasing that too has not happened. Awful customer service, although when they finally sent an engineer (17 th August!!) he was really helpful.
