Lies and broken promises is all I get from this shambles. I’m sick of waiting on the phone for an answer for hours on end. Three official complaints has made no difference. 3 Sep I ordered fibre 500 as an upgrade, it’s now 22 Dec and I’m still waiting, have already had 3 installation dates pass with nothing but excuses.
