I have had a TalkTalk Router for the past 2 years, and thankfully my Contract is about to expire and I have found a new provider.
Their Customer Service is the worst I have experienced. On three occasions I have had the need to contact them and the shortest of those calls initially via Live chat, was 35 minutes. One of these very straightforward ‘discussions’ took one and a half hours. You get asked the same questions and hear the same comments incessantly.
When leaving them I advised that I was not interested in any of their offers/deals, that my mind was already made up and I was leaving. Twenty minutes later they were still waffling on ! I reiterated that my mind was made up and I wanted to end business with them.
The following day I got a phone call from the ‘Customer Loyalty’ department. I told them that it didn’t matter what they said, I found their Customer Service so awful that I was not going to enter another Contract with them under any circumstances. They put the phone down on me !! You have been warned.
