Worst phone provider ever. Rigid ‘computer says no’ processes, no common sense applied to customer enquiries. Unfortunately transferred over to them following a takeover of Shell Energy phone lines and it has been ridiculous. Just one bad experience after the other and they are making it a huge long winded process to leave, even causing problems with a new potential provider when trying to get them to
Take over the line. Hope we can get away from them soon. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy!!! Terrible company. Avoid!!
