@TalkTalk after 3 wks without my WiFi, it's finally resolved after a new router. The problem was diagnosed as a router problem within 2 days by city fibre engineer. Yet it took 3 weeks. Really POOR customer service. Can't wait to leave TalkTalk at the end of my contract. No more!
