I terminated my contract with talk talk in writing at the end of December and joined sky.I received a bill on the 30TH January for the month of February for a service I no longer have. Today talk talk have cut off my phone. My son is severely disabled and suffers from epilepsy. Should he have a fit and I need a doctor or an ambulance Icannot call and he could die
