I've had no.internet.for two days this is now the third day, the days I have rang them I've been cut off after waiting half an hr to be connected still no joy I need an engineer out were in our seventies and it's so hard to try and mend their internet for them ,when I pay each month for their service. It's so frustrating unfortunately we rely on the internet now ,It's give me permanent headache each day trying to do the impossible think a change of provider is in the air .
