I had to arrange a new contract for my elderly father as they were completely overcharging which is very poor for elderly vulnerable customers, for years...
I set up an online account for him and tried to move to a new contract from there but the deals, website and options were very poor
I then rang them from my house to sort a new deal with my Dad. This took ages for the agent to sort. I then discovered it was a premium line and I had been charged a fortune to make the call! That's really poor when it's driven by their rubbish service and online options
I made a complaint but they refused to refund anything. Also refused to provide a copy of the complaints policy several times!
Really don't recommend!! Wont renew again!!
