Awful customer service. Despite several attempts to fix a problem on my account, that made pay more than I needed (convenient!) because I couldn’t renew, nobody bothered chasing. You miss a call from them and it’s game over. You repeat your story again and again. Every time someone tries and every time you’re sent to another department.
Cancellation is a nightmare. Jumping between departments, forcing you to call them so they can bully you into staying.
Stay away from them.
