They knew my mother was confused and vulnerable and still cut her house phone oo as the payment was 2 weeks late. No reminder I deal with her finances and they were willing to take payment from me last time and this time but refused to take.my phone number and apparently the system generates a cut off. I was trying to make sure they got paid
She can't be left without a phone,they can take.money from me but I have to fill in a lasting power of attorney form to get a reminder!what happened to customer service and supporting vulnerable people?not impressed.
