Appalling customer service. Incompetent, inept and useless. My complaint for 6 years of collected payments from my deceased late aunt despite notification from probate solicitors at the time, was escalated to CEO office. Letters and emails go ignored for months at a time and the matter remains unresolved 9 months later. No point even trying. Have no choice now but to refer to CISAS. Just awful.
