You can't get rid of them.
I am a disabled customer on benefits having suffered with cancer. My contract expired and I couldn't afford the service so asked them to cancel the service. I'm 3 months in and still getting bills with a late payment charge. This company is a parasite that feeds on the vulnerable and won't let go. Please cancel everything with them. Let them know it's not right
