I shall be moving on from TalkTalk. Here are the reasons why.
Main reason, they are no longer the cheapest. PlusNet offer 900Mbit/s for the same money I pay for Fibre 150 with TalkTalk. Absolute shambles.
I've been with them nearly 20 years beacause they were somehow always cheaper. And also I couldn't get any better as Virgin or YouFibre were not available to my area.
Other than that cusomer service very bad, need to really force them to do something. They act like its coming out their wages if they help you.
