Completely rubbish. Service drops out continuously, and when I called them to find out about their mobile services I was told I could have a new router with more connections on the back, which would be much better than my existing router ..... IF I took their TV services too, and also signed up with them for another year! I was sent the YouView Box, and a new router ...... which was EXACTLY THE SAME AS MY EXISTING ROUTER! Total misrepresentation by their customer services rep.
When speaking to their customer service team about my service dropping out, I was told to do all sorts of things basically laying the blame with me, not them or their poor equipment. Off I went and bought a brand new router and HEY PRESTO no more dropping out.
Consequently, I sent all of their equipment back, went elsewhere for my mobile (dialaphone are great!), and will not be renewing my contract with TalkTalk for love nor money! Can't wait to get away from them.
Oh, and I can't understand a word their customer service reps say!!!!!!!
