Hi if at all possible avoid starting a contract with TalkTalk there off short customer service team are extremely unhelpful my grandma has dementia and diminish responsibility, my granddad has stage four lung cancer
I am an authorized person on the account since 25/09/2023 and I was unabled to make any changes cancel or stop the direct debit or cancel the contract
which meant my grandma and grandad in a very stressful time of their life were left with massive uncontrollable build bills and with TalkTalk would not engaging with me even though I got emails from grandma's account for over two years now when she authorized me to speak Talktalk on her behalf
They still refuse to talk to me and let me make any changes and or cancel the contract
