AVOID TALK TALK! We ordered broadband+tv , 5 weeks ago and two different engineer been our home and none of them could install the router and tv box, they said talk talk didn't activate the line yet. During the 5 weeks we still don't have an active line, customer service absolutely useless!!!! And phone call to customer service charged me for £20 just to hold the line and the adviser couldn't find out what's going on after 5 weeks!!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!! ????????????????
