If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. The quality of the internet service is dire. In the time we've been with them, we've never once hit their guaranteed minimum mbps & their customer service is woefully poor. We have to wait another 6 weeks til we can take it to the ombudsman, at which point we will. Dreadful, don't sign up with them.
