Talk Talk disconnected my old landline and broadband 1 week ago. They told me before they did this that the switch to their service would be "seamless" and not involve any disruption to my service.
The only possible way of describing these statements is to say that they lied.
I no longer have any telecoms service and nobody at Talk Talk could care less. I am unable to even get an estimate of when they might bother to have a look at the problem.
Avoid like the plague!
