We were about to renew our contract with talk talk but had a problem with our youview box which has stopped working. We asked for a new box but we were told this was not possible as the box is “for life”.
We are now in the position of paying more than new customers but without the advantage of the youview service.
Our only option now is to sign up with a new provider.
Not good customer service. My advice would be to “ go elsewhere”
