I lost my internet and phone line for a week, they don't have customer service in UK, the customer service are in Philippines. I wrote to the complaint department, they don't bother to reply me. No phone call and no internet means no business. How would they feel if they lost internet for an hour and see how much they're going to lose? Really bad company and bad service. Download speed is 1.3Mbps, just like dial up modem....
