Everything went wrong. My experience of Talk stalk was truly awful, from the customer service to the internet. Despite only being with Talk Talk for 2 months my internet was down for an entire WEEK and I live in a central city location. Customer service showed no sign of fixing the issue of treating it with the urgency it deserved.
