Can't understand their customer service staff. Not just the strong accents, also poor quality line, ironically.
Tried to do a home move order and they keep canceling it for reasons known only to themselves.
Nothing but chaos, confusion and hours on the phone.
Steer well clear.
Would have given no stars but couldn't.
