Be it on your own head if you use this Company. Totally failed to transfer me from Sky to Talk Talk. Totally failed to notify SKY about the change over. Advised use of a power adapter even though engineer could only elicit a signal that was one tenth of advertised promise. I cancelled agreement. Now hounding me for further payments (I cancelled my direct debit).
Will not answer questions and will not elevate complaints to a superior manager. DO NOT USE !!!
