So it is my fault that due to the number of calls being received, probably from disgruntled customers, that I had to wait over 35-minutes (on many occasions) to speak to someone in TalkTalk. (Not FOR EVERYONE)
Poor customer service - UNDERSTATEMENT.
They will increase your direct debit payment without letting you know. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the many issues that I had with them. I have had no alternative but to cancel my account with them. This took over 3-hours to sort out. Not even an apology or an attempt to retain my business.
These are just a few incidents where they have completely frustrated me.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.!!!!!!!!!
