Shocking internet service - it goes down often. Support is nigh impossible to get through to via phone - then, when you do - they are not at all helpful.
Their customer service department is totally incompetent.
So try to save a few pounds on your provider.. you end up paying for it in the end!
Would NEVER use them again.
