Poor standard of service below promised contractual agreement
No UK call center service via online chat which could be alright if they just did what you asked.
My contract was for telephone and fiber plus broadband speed between 60 and 80 meg download average was more like 6 to 10 meg.
I contacted the company several time's to say how slow my connection was but it was just a waste of time they said they could send out a engineer but if they could not find a fault I would have to pay. even though I had used there online speed test and it showed how slow my download speed was. So i shall not be renewing my contract and finding a more reliable provider.
