Talktalk fibre broadband service is good so far no problems and good value.
I suggest if you sign up with talktalk don’t under any circumstances sign up for any extras like tv boost, telephone etc, the reason is should you ever want to make an amendment which involves dealing with their staff your problems will really begin.
Firstly I think the call centre may be in South Africa, staff want to be helpful but are totally useless and can be difficult to understand. You need to have the patience of a saint and don’t ask to speak to a manager cos I don’t think there are any.
I can’t access my online account, don’t know why but frightened to phone to find out in case I find something I dont want will be added and then start all over again.
