complaint re Talk Talk (Phone)
faulty phone line, so far 2 missed visits,2 missed phone calls appointments and failed to reply to an e-mail in the time scale they provided. Not good customer service as nothing has gone right. Incorrect information given and very poor communication. Their complaint staff say there are not allowed to write to customers who have complained by e-mail and phone. I have never heard so much rubbish and i"ve been in customer service in the utility sector for over 20 years. When my contract expires i will be taking my business elsewhere.
