Absolute scammers. I attempted to cancel my contract at the end of my term and have since been passed around for 6 weeks with intentionally misleading, lengthy phone calls and online chats with clueless and at times incredibly rude staff. Not only did I cancel my contract in advance, in early JUNE, I will now continue to pay for a property I no longer occupy until the end of AUGUST.
Please dont waste your time and energy on this bunch of money-grabbing soulless idiots.
