Customer service/ satisfaction totally nonexistent. Staff incompetence (lost online payments, money sent to wrong account, days to track it down) No agent accountability. Take my advice as someone who has been with these clowns for many years that they do not place any importance on how long you have been with them. They do not care if the service they provide is not coming up to standard just as long as they get your money every month. Without a shadow of a doubt this is THE worst customer service I’ve ever come across. STAY WELL AWAY!
