Hi there I am very disappointed. I have been talking with one of your agent about some late payments emails I keep receiving even tho I have left Talk Talk 5 months ago and I have paid and return everything on time. Horrible. HORRIBLE. everything is horrible. live chat on web was terrible and the guy cut me off saying i wasnt giving him answer but I was ( i have screenshoots) and same terrible experience on facebook. still havent resolve my issue and still didnt get my money back. is this even legal? Please if someone can help me and advice me as i cant get hold of them. I just want my money back and be left alone.
