I have just left TalkTalk due to fraud.
Please contact Ofcom on
0300 123 3333. Their you can submit a complaint, they don't deal with individual complaints, but you raising your concerns can lead to industry monitoring and they will take action if need be.
You can also be informed of your rights with regards to exiting your contract, compensation for loss of service and so on.
Please report so change can happen.
