ZERO stars for TalkTalk customer service. I've been 'communicating' with them for over ten days now trying to get an Open Reach engineer to fix a line fault. Appalling service - lies, making it seem my fault, wanting to start from the beginning each call, saying an engineer called when one didn't, shouting on the phone, agent putting me on hold for 25 mins then cancelling the call. An exhausting process with no resolution yet. AVOID!!!
