Not very helpful I have Tiscali login and they told me that, from January 2020 I would no longer be able to access may emails, when I told them that this was not long enough for me to transfer all my folders and emails to another provider, they were not very understanding, I asked to speak to a manager but had no luck, they told me that I could access my emails if I either paid them £50 or sign a contract with TalkTalk.
I have registered a complaint but don't expect a satisfactory result, after spending nearly an hour on the phone.
