honestly i would give lower if i could.
never have i dealt with such a company, if you call their technical support line they will simply lie to your face. If you ask to be transferred to customer services to make a formal complaint you are given the total runaround.
no one there seems to remotely care about anything but taking your money regardless of if the actually provide service or not.
avoid.
