Lazy, humiliating and uncaring customer service.
I've been trying to leave TalkTalk for three months and the whole process has been distressing, full of delays and false information. I was assured that my account was cancled and that all bills had been paid. A month later I am again charged for a months service.
Also listening to a customer service member laugh as she covers the phone while I describe my problem was difficult as someone who struggles with social anxiety.
