Worst customer service EVER. South African call center with very different cultural understanding to ours. Rude and unhelpful. Have spent nearly 14 years with Talk Talk and have now closed our account with them and moved to BT open reach. Customer call centre based in UK and absolute joy to use. Comparable to a 'John Lewis' experience. Absolute contrast to Talk Talk experience. Will never return to their company even if the service was free.
