I've had talk talk for 6mnths now, promised 6mps min. Still to this date I'm mostly below 1, that's when I'm not totally disconnected. This pleasure costs me £50 a month. Customer service have promised time and time again, that the issue is being dealt with, but 6 months is ridiculous. Cant stream movies, my son cant play his xbox and I cant even load basic internet pages, I've had to leave my house to post this review(currently sitting in costa)
I would recommend avoiding Talk Talk at all costs, they just ain't worth the stress.
