Worst company ever deal with.
Gave a false representation of help for over a week, wouldn't back anything they agreed on email.
Automated personel, so you go in circles repeatedly. Not a UK call center, which adds to the issue.
Been with them for 2 years, then had nothing but issues. Also the speeds seem questionable.
