Avoid this dreadful tin pot company as you would the Coronavirus! They have left my 102 year old mother with no landline for a week!
They have promised that it would be fixed twice within 72 hours. Never happened and now they have just closed down their telephone and text messaging service and told us to go online. They are putting lives at risk and just care. The very WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.
