Absoloutely worst company I have ever encountered. After 15 to 20 calls all I have experienced is stress and arguments. All I want is to be able to connect to the internet, they can’t even provide that? They say ‘yeh we have reset that and you’ll be back online by midnight’.. I told them to stop lying and I won’t come off the call until I speak to a manager. Their response was ‘haha you’re going to stay on the phone until midnight then?’. Absoloutely disgusting, spoke to a manager who I asked for their name, turns out after further investigation they lied about their own name. Cancelling this contract immediately once we find another internet provider.
