We called to cancel 2 weeks after getting talktalk and were told we wouldn't have to pay a final bill. They then didn't actually cut off the connection until after the 20 day cool off period, so now we're forced to pay £251. The 20 day cool off period is obviously a con. We have had nothing good come from talk talk. We asked for a second phone line for an annexe and they cut off the main one, despite having 3 phone lines previously. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's impossible to get through to anyone helpful and they cut you off on live chat every time.
