Our standard tank water heater went out on us and we wanted to go tankless. I’m not a plumber but am pretty handy and had a few questions about the size of tankless I should get and the staff answered quickly and gave great information that really helped solidify our purchase. I highly recommend buying from them as they are patient and took their time to give thorough replies to my numerous inquiries.
