I'm a professional builder and have installed many of these tankless heaters inside and out. My clients are thrilled that they don't notice any difference in the hot water performance except that it's unlimited and the fact that they are saving energy. Every single unit has been an easy start up with the most difficult part of the install being the adapting of fittings, both water and gas. I recommend a tankless heater as a replacement every time when asked.
