My water heater froze in the big freeze in Texas in February. This was a replacement for the heater that froze. Called Tankless Water Heater Depot since we had no power for 75 hours and the get a replacement shipped right away. The weather slowed delivery a bit but it appeared on the following Wednesday. Replacement was easy and in about 2 hours we had hot water for the first time in almost 2 weeks. Thank you for helping our.
