I need to revise my review. To whomever reads and responds to these reviews from the company, please accept my apology for the error in choosing 3 stars instead of 5 stars. First, the company had EXCELLENT customer service. The water heater was shipped and received in a timely manner and in great condition. When I started the review process, I didn’t realize I was reviewing the company. I thought I was reviewing the product. I later realized that, and had gone back to give a 5 star review for the company. Obviously, it didn’t take. This company has 5 star customer service, but don’t dare make a mistake! They will come at you! While I understand that Texas went through an unprecedented weather event in February and the Texas electric grid and Texas laws kept consumers hands tied, I wrote an honest review of an item I received.
